FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is valid for ground service only on all orders over $99+, taxes and rebates across Canada with the exception of British Columbia, Alberta, Newfoundland and Labrador, Manitoba, Prince Edward Island, Nunavut, Saskatchewan, Yukon and the Northwest Territories. We don't ship to P.O. Box.

Do note that items over a certain weight may not be able to be shipped or only be available for pick up at the local courier pick up depot. You will be contacted by a customer service represented if this is the case.

If eligible and qualified for Free shipping, it will reflect in the checkout page automatically. 

Shipping is not waived on Door Crasher deals, promotional offers, low-profit items ending in 0.96 & 0.97.

Orders will be shipped via the fastest available courier service to ensure timely delivery. We strive to offer the best possible service, and if an applicable alternate shipping option is available, you may be entitled to an upgrade at our discretion.

We are actively monitoring the ongoing Canada Post strike and are using alternative courier services to ensure timely and uninterrupted deliveries. We will select other reliable couriers during this time to avoid any delays.

 

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an email with your order tracking number as soon as it becomes available.  Please do check your spam/junk mail in the event the email was accidently flagged. 

You can also click on Track My Order located under the My Account section at the bottom right area of any LuggageCity.ca web page. You must be logged into your LuggageCity.ca account to be able to see your order status. Please note that tracking may not be available for up to 24 hours after your order has been shipped.

Alternatively, you may also track your package directly by visiting the website of the carrier (e.g. UPS, Canpar, GLS, Purolator, Fedex, Canada Post) and using the tracking ID number provided to your order. This tracking ID number can be found in the confirmation email you received when your order was shipped as well as in your My Account under your order history.

Once your order leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival. If the arrival of your order has been delayed for over 8 business days please contact us and one of our customer service representatives will contact the carrier to report a lost package.

We do not refund shipping costs, please refer to our Customer Service Returns page for further information.

We are not responsible for any package returned to us due to a typing error in the shipping address.

 

TURNAROUND

Orders are normally processed the same day if received by 4:00pm EST time Monday - Friday.   In some cases, order turnaround times can take up to 5-7 business days.  If you need your order by a certain date, please reach out to our Customer Care Line Toll-free at 1-833-662-7233 or email us at sales@luggagecity.ca and we will confirm a delivery date.

DAMAGED PRODUCT / MISSING ITEMS / UNDELIVERED ORDER

If your order arrives damaged or if you are missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at sales@luggagecity.ca. We ask you to provide us with pictures of the damaged items and packaging or details of the missing items in order to start a claim. We will then either issue a refund or replace the damaged or missing products. Please keep the item(s) and their packaging in case they are required for the claim assessment.

Please note that if we do not receive a claim within 24 hours of receipt, we are not responsible for any damages or missing items.

Once your order leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival. If the arrival of your order has been delayed for over 7 business days please contact our Customer Care representative Toll-free at 1-833-662-7233 or email us at sales@luggagecity.ca and we will contact the carrier to report a lost package.

Shipping time may vary on select online only & special order items. Orders received after 4pm Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Orders placed over the weekends will only be processed on the following business day.
